Classify
Classify a supplied URL under the provider policy without requesting the page or treating buyer assertions as source authorization.
Ascension Works on Apify
Classify a supplied source URL without fetching it, check whether a jurisdiction has an approved production source, and screen caller-supplied structured records around a buyer's budget. The current releases are separate research tools, not an automatic live-listing pipeline.
The connected workflow
Classify a supplied URL under the provider policy without requesting the page or treating buyer assertions as source authorization.
Separate geographic recognition from approved-source availability. The current empty-catalog preview returns free not-available rows; collection and normalization stay disabled.
Apply a deterministic budget-first screen to caller-supplied structured records while keeping the caller-asserted provenance boundary and exclusions visible.
The Apify suite
The planned pay-per-event schedule is stated separately for each Actor. No charge is available through this page. Any live event pricing must first be verified on the published Actor's Apify Pricing tab.
No-fetch source classification
Classify a supplied source URL under a fail-closed provider policy without fetching it.
The current release validates and sanitizes a user-supplied URL, applies a server-owned provider policy, and returns one governance row. It makes zero network requests and does not claim that the page exists, is official, is current, or is licensed for automation.
A user-supplied public HTTP(S) source URL
Optional jurisdiction and source-role context
Buyer audit assertions that never unlock retrieval
Provider, source-role, provider-state, and access-method classification
Permission-required or unsafe-URL status without page retrieval
A free run summary with actual charged-event and zero-network counts
Best fitResearchers triaging a source registry before separate human review and source-specific approval.
source_checkedOne completed no-fetch source classificationAfter verified Apify publication, each delivered classification would be charged, including unsafe and permission-required outcomes, because the classification is the product. No page is fetched; the run summary is free.

See recognized geography and approved-source availability without paying for data that is not there.
The current preview recognizes every U.S. state, the District of Columbia, five territories, county equivalents, and a bounded New England municipal reference layer. Its approved production-source catalog is empty, so it makes no source request and returns an honest, free not-available coverage row rather than a listing. Discovery, normalization, property, opportunity, and change modes remain disabled.
A state, territory, county equivalent, or responsible-authority reference
A required acknowledgement of the research-use policy
A bounded coverage granularity and output limit
Geographic recognition kept separate from source availability
A no-source not-available status with no listing or source URL
A free run summary that states the disabled release gates
Best fitResearchers mapping jurisdiction scope before any source-specific collection or listing purchase.

The configured paid events remain dormant unless a future reviewed build has an approved production source, passes live billing verification, and is published.

Prioritize current parcel and sale events without pretending a score is due diligence.
The ranker accepts structured, lawfully obtained sale-event records, rejects prohibited personal or raw-page data, removes duplicates, and orders current opportunities using documented budget exposure, freshness, value context, and research-readiness rules. Caller-supplied provider and provenance fields are policy-screened, not independently verified, and exclusions remain visible.
Normalized parcel and recognized tax-sale process facts
Provider and provenance status asserted by the caller and screened by policy
A budget and transparent screening preferences
A deterministic ranked queue with component explanations
Stable parcel-event identities and duplicate collapse
Free exclusion and summary records for an auditable run
Best fitBuyers and analysts who have a normalized list and need a repeatable, defensible research queue.
opportunity_screen_completedOne delivered ranked opportunityAfter verified Apify publication, only delivered ranked opportunities would be charged. Exclusion and run-summary rows are free.

III.One thousand ranked opportunities$10.00
Deliberate boundaries
I.No owner, taxpayer, phone, email, mailing-address, tenant, household, or demographic data.
II.No arbitrary nationwide crawling and no promise that every recognized jurisdiction has a live feed.
III.No hidden investment recommendation, return prediction, title opinion, or foreclosure probability.
IV.Charging is product-specific: delivered source classifications and ranked opportunities are billable; current no-source coverage, audit, summary, and ranker-exclusion rows are free.
Private pilot
Tell us the market, approximate volume, and outcome you need. A controlled pilot can be scoped only after the requested coverage, source authority, reuse terms, adapter, and delivery path are verified; no recurring run is proposed before then.
